The Board of Directors has decided to depart from the format of the traditional September Finals which included the penning event and the awards/year-end banquet on the same weekend. This year we are looking at having the AGM and awards/year-end banquet together with the hope that membership attendance will improve at the AGM. This will not be held in conjunction with the September penning show. Date, location, and program details are still being worked out.
Further information will be available with the Show Package that will be released in later February.
